The association uses the HBS contact information as the official address required by Bylaws section 7.5. We use this address for important mailings including annual ballots.

We also recommend that you keep your contact information update on the web page to receive updates of board activities and actions.

Residents
We encourage you to keep your contact information current on the web page.

CC&R section X.2 requires owners to report to the Board the names of current renters when a unit that they own is rented. The board is not able to do this for several years due to lack of volunteer time.
