Water and sewer services are paid by ORGPA as part of the monthly HOA dues. All other utility services are the responsibility of the residents.
NOTE For weekly trash collection unit owners contract directly with the city, and the costs appear on the City services bill (which looks like a water bill, but doesn't include water costs as the HOA pays those). When you call you have to give the support staff the full address including your unit number and explain to them that yes, there really is an account specific to the unit number if they keep looking. (ORGPA has a contract with the city for the roll-off in the RV Yard that's used in lieu of supporting brush-and-bulky collection in our community. Some of the support staff will only hear the address, find the commercial account, and stop there.)
